PROCESSING TIME

Ready to ship Items are packaged and shipped 1- 3 days after purchase

Items that are specified as pre-order are packaged and shipped within expected shipping times specified on the products page  

 

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Australian standard: 3–7 business days
Australian Express: 1-3 business days

New Zealand standard: 4-7 business days
New Zealand Express: 2-5 business days

International: between 7–14 business days, enter your postal address at checkout to receive closer estimates on different zones (please note customs processing may affect delivery times)

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

CUSTOMS FEE

Customs taxes and duties may apply to some international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s import regulations.

Once orders are shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you enter in your correct address and make any changes needed via email before order is shipped.
